On the Rise: Sticky Note to Self Mural with The Soulard School

It’s mural time!!!

For this school year, The Soulard School has partnered with my Sticky Note to Self project for a year-long series of engagements using art and creative writing as catalysts for learning and exploring values of acceptance, social justice, and mindfulness.

We’ve made notes. We’ve expanded them into handmade activity journals. We’ve gotten parents involved for workshops, and parents and students have even partnered with each other to create their own Sticky Note to Self video reflections.

Now, we are embarking on more cool parts of the project, including a mural and a student exhibit of our collective works at the school.
