The Black Policy Conference at Harvard University is one of the leading policy driven forums to address issues affecting Black communities. The conference provides an opportunity for the convergence of the world’ s greatest minds and practitioners with the hope and intent of finding sustainable solutions for issues facing Black communities.
The 2020 Black Policy Conference is themed, “From the Tweets to the Streets to the Seats: Translating Activism into Political Power in 2020 and Beyond,” and De will lead a film screening of the documentary, Whose Streets? and moderate conversation with two leaders who started their careers in politics and activism through leadership in the 2014 uprising in Ferguson, MO.
